How to use Mail my Mail once you have downloaded our print driver onto your desktop
Create the text of your letter/mailing,
just as you normally do on your PC.
Perform mailmerge to create
names and addresses if applicable.
Print as normal and select
the Mail my Mail Printer.
The Mail my Mail application
window will appear.
You can then check your balance and choose
other options - e.g. whether you want
it to go 1st or 2nd class, size of envelope etc.
Check your document by
previewing it on screen.
Check address is in the correct
position for you envelope size (you
can manually change this if necessary).
When you’re happy, just click 'Print & mail' to sent it
to us. The system checks for errors or missing information,
and to make sure you have enough credit. It will confirm
onscreen that everything is fine – you can then exit the system.
Your document is encrypted and transferred to our secure
mailing and printing server, where it is unencrypted,
consolidated and printed, then folded and inserted into C4 or
C5 envelopes and posted.
